I've spent the past two years immersed in the world of small business acquisition — learning SBA finance, operations planning, and how to step into a company and earn my place as a leader. I didn't start with a portfolio. I started with curiosity and commitment. Now I'm here to run businesses the right way: hands-on, numbers-smart, and people-first.
Trisetan Kemp
I come from the trades. My background is oilfield and field service — hard, physical work with high consequences. I know what it means to show up, earn respect, and lead from the ground. I'm transitioning full-time into this journey because I believe in it. Not because it's easy — but because it's real.
Why We're Doing This
Because there are great businesses out there — with great people running them — that don't want to sell to private equity, but still need a transition plan. We're building Kemp's Acquisitions to be that plan.
We're not buying to flip. We're buying to own.
